If you haven’t but you’re thinking about it, come to this FREE session to learn how! Ask questions and get answers. The California Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) along with the San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office, the CHP and the Mexican Consul from San Francisco will explain the process, requirements and answer questions.
