The San Mateo County Sheriff’s Activities League, known as SAL, will be holding its first ever Bowling Fundraiser next month, on May 18th, from 10:00 am – 12:00 pm at Bel Mateo Bowl, 4330 Olympic Ave in San Mateo. Any individuals and businesses are invited to help support these children. SAL will be offering a morning of bowling to students from schools throughout San Mateo County. Not only will this be an exciting outing for the children, but they will also be able to bowl and bond with San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office deputies and personnel. Lanes will be available for purchase and may either be utilized by the purchaser or may be donated so that children have the opportunity to bowl for free!
The mission of the Sheriff’s Activities League is to invest in all youth of San Mateo County by creating opportunities that guide them toward their full potential through impactful programs, which foster relationships between deputies, youth, families and the community.
