Incumbent Adrienne Tissier is leaving the Board of Supervisors, vacating her North County seat due to term limits, and for the first time in San Mateo County since the implementation of district elections, we have a contested race for an open seat. Joining us today are the top two vote-getters from the June primary … two colleagues from the Daly City City Council — David Canepa, who got the most votes in June, and Mike Guingona, who finished second by a significant margin.
