Toys, Food and Coats Needed for Families in Need
The Holiday Season is a special time at Samaritan House. We mobilize a network of volunteers, corporations, community and faith-based groups, and respected media outlets like PenTV, for one common goal – to provide food, coats, toys and gifts for people in our community living in poverty.
JOIN IN THE GIVING SPIRIT
DONATION NEEDS:
We are asking for your help spreading our message to make the holidays a little brighter for our neighbors. Your support activates the local community by giving them the opportunity to help those less fortunate. In particular, we are in urgent need of the following.
TOYS – Girls’ large toys ($40 value and up)
NEW COATS – Children’s coats size 12-16 and women’s and men’s size small coats (for teens)
GIFT CARDS – $25 gift cards from a local store, such as Target, for a teen.
SAVE TIME – and donate directly to Samaritan House: donate.samaritanhouse.com/sslpage.aspx?pid=298 — $15 buys a small toy, $25 buys a medium toy, and $40 or more buys a large toy.
Last holiday season, Samaritan House provided 20,030 gifts including toys, warm coats, gift cards, and much more. We also distributed an incredible 909,487 meals to families in need throughout the year. For more info on our Holiday Program visit: http://samaritanhousesanmateo.org/holiday-program/
*All donations are tax deductible, more information can be found on our website. Donations can be delivered to our headquarters at 4031 Pacific Boulevard, San Mateo, CA 94403 for this and during normal business hours: M-F, 9-5 , except Thursdays (9-noon) Every gift helps!
