Welcome to The Game. Term limits are forcing Jerry Hill to leave the state Senate. Five Democrats are running to replace him the 13th Senate District, which stretches from Brisbane to Sunnyvale and has nearly one million residents. We have been interviewing each of the candidates and next week, we will host a forum of all five that will air here on Peninsula TV.
Joining us today is Annie Oliva, a lifelong resident of the Peninsula. Elected to the Millbrae City Council in 2013, she was re-elected last year. She is a Realtor and an owner of Marshall Realty, a firm founded by her father. She has been a member of the San Mateo County Association of Realtors Board of Directors and is a past president of the board.
